I’ve been affiliated with beach and tennis since 1999. Bought her first one bedroom completely renovated our sellf.Bought the second unit did the same thing, sold both of those and then bought a two bedroom which we also renovated.I am running for the board because I am not pleased with the way.the board has been handling operations.(especially taking the leftover money from the sprinkler project and

putting it into the general fund instead of return returning to the owners.) I feel that the owners should be in charge and they are not. It will be my goal to put the power bach into the hands of the owners. Thank you.
