I have 16+ years experience in rendering with Tyson Foods (RVI Harmony).
I started on B-shift as a press operator In October 2007 and quickly started learning other jobs as well. I learned to operate the cooker, Hydrolyzer and control room. Then came to day time (C-shift) in late 2008 as a Loadout operator and realized that i wanted to learn more and at that point i took a job in the coal boiler thus starting my almost 12 year span in maintenance where i worked my way up to maintenance lead and kept that role for 8+ years before deciding to expand my horizons and knowledge by taking my current position as SR Supervisor in the Truck Shop in February 2020. I have a strong mechanical background. I've work on everything from small equipment to building Barge style air compressors. I started turning Wrenches at a very young age and have always enjoyed it.
I enjoy being outdoors boating, fishing, hunting, hiking and basketball with my family. I enjoy building things whether it's remodeling my house or in my garage fabricating things out of metal. I like being creative and thinking outside the box.
I've completed the intent based leadership classes through Tyson.
