  • MAJOR DUTIES:
  • Serves as a Training Specialist at the U.S Army Cyber School, Cyber Center of Excellence (CCOE) for teaching the knowledge, skills, and techniques necessary for various Cyberspace Operations CF 17 Cyber Branch courses and providing technical and administrative support to all Career Field (CF) 17 Series training for Enlisted, Warrant Officer, and Officer initial training and associated Professional Military Education (PME) training.

Collects and analyzes training data and reports and provides the statistical results to the Chief, Training Division, senior leadership, and managers. Reviews and analyzes training data to provide an overall status of the training development workload and training mission and identifies future issues that might impact the ability to meet the mission. Schedules and plans for Mobile Training Teams (MTTs) and private vendors to conduct on-site training for programmed and un-programmed requirements, including availability of TDY funds, computer time, terminal use, classroom arrangements, security clearances of students and instructors, and administrative support for visiting instructors. Maintains training plans and schedules for all required training. Makes monthly survey of Cyber School and other user personnel to ascertain number of students to be trained and type of training needed. Prepares enrollment forms for courses and forwards them to required agencies. Develops annual course schedules, class frequencies and locations that best support training requirements of students. Coordinates for course classrooms and required training resources. Ensures support matches academic and class size requirements. Conduct analysis of training results and make recommendations for changes to the curriculum and POI as necessary.
