- Collaborated with team of IT specialists and providers in the development of the Biloxi Police Department's Technology Section and implemented the first ever in-car computers and electronic citation program in 2012.
- Researched and chose the first ever implementation of body-worn cameras for every officer, a $1.5M project in all, and served as the administrator of that program from its inception in 2015 until promoted to Captain.
- Attended the FBI National Academy for Executive LE Leadership at Quantico, VA Oct-Dec 2015 (Class #262)
- Planned and presented FY2022-2023 budget for capital, personnel, and training resulting in 20% reduction from FY21-22.
- Led a squad of officers through the days immediately after Hurricane Katrina devastated our city in August 2005 where we worked for more than four weeks without an off day.
