Most recently, I have passed the CISSP certification exam. In addition, I’ve been working on the family farm to assist my aging mother and father take care of 265 acres in East Texas.

- Onelogin provides next-generation Identity and Access Management for securing the Global Remote workforce. They do this by providing user provisioning and onboarding, single sign-on, secure two-factor authentication, secure password reset, offboarding, and many additional benefits. The culture and the level of respect I’ve earned at Onelogin make this my favorite company that I have worked for. My responsibilities within Onelogin are ever-changing. The following are responsibilities I have served as well as current responsibilities.
- Served as an interim Technical Account Manager (TAM) for Onelogin’s largest customer (Airbus) for 8 months to realign processes, provide hands-on support, and facilitate communication directly between Airbus and OneLogin regarding enhancement requirements, issues discovered and their severity, as well as to identify timelines for feature requests, bug fixes, etc. Worked directly with Airbus daily, and attended all Onelogin/Airbus meetings.
- Provide POC environments for Solution Engineers to access for demos of new features and
- Attend demo calls with SE’s and SA’s to support the newest and most complicated features available within the Onelogin platform, as well as demonstrate those features.
- Support customer POC environments for Onelogin Access which provides cloud based access to on-premises software through the familiar Onelogin Unified Communication Platform.
- Support customer POC environments for Onelogin Radius and OneLogin VLDAP.
- Work directly with Product Management on customer needs and requirements for defining the future roadmap at Onelogin.
- Work directly with Engineering to provide them new development environments in AWS to facilitate their development efforts for enhancements or new functionality.
- Reproduce customer production environment settings in a new tenant in AWS to replicate bugs for the development team so that they could produce the fixes that customers require.
- Support and architect difficult use cases. Provide support to the Professional Services team for these customers.

I was hired to bridge the implementation and help to get the project back onto track. Conifer and Tenet have an outsourced infrastructure through NTT Data. This structure provides unique challenges and difficulties around agility.
- Worked with the MSP and the 3rd Party implementation team on the implementation of the NetIQ IAM solution.
- Troubleshot problems during the implementation process.
- Developed comprehensive documentation for solution design specifications, ensuring clear communication between stakeholders at all stages of project lifecycle.
