  • Explain which soft and hard skills you have that would be beneficial for your selected career (three to four sentences): Some skills that I possess that I find that would be beneficial in my selected career is my strong communication skills which would be a must to be able to explain or elaborate on subjects for better understanding for my clients. Problem solving is another in which I possess that would be essential in the critical thinking aspect of my career while working with clients. Leadership is another skill I possess and I think would be beneficial in order to help clients and lead by example. Emotional intelligence is also important and especially dealing with clients GEN102: Digital Literacy for Life and the Workplace that are emotionally unhealthy. I could help them overcome many obstacles that they may find difficult in this area with this ability.
