Summary

I am looking to provide my services, preferably involving homes or Real Estate in a management position. If no management positions are available I would happily take a smaller role to start. With the ultimate goal of gaining capital and using it to reinvest into Real Estate. While at McDonald's I learned how to manage people with their given skills, putting them in proper positions, along with maximizing their speed and quality. During my time at Builders First Source, I learned how to oversee a large operation, while making sure all the moving parts were cohesive. While in the Real Estate business, I have learned how to network, how to market, how to talk to clients who are distressed, and how to negotiate contracts.

This is a Real Estate business that I am currently striving towards. In two years with lots of sweat equity, thousands of calls, and putting out countless business cards on distressed homes I managed to get one deal. With that money I tried to scale; using a text blast campaign for marketing, targeting code violations, water shut-offs, and fire damaged homes in every logical county of Florida (determined by population, and median home price). Eventually, coming to realize there was far too little capital to oversee this. Along with this, the market has become highly saturated; hence, a new strategy to achieve financial freedom. As my grandfather says "Fish where the fish are".

  • Built strong networks with key stakeholders both internally and externally to support business growth objectives.
  • Managed complex projects across multiple departments, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
  • Evaluated market trends to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted growth strategies accordingly.

At this job within 2 1/2 months of being there, I started to oversee the schedules of our two sister stores. Going through 200-500 emails, scheduling contractors, finding location of supplies within stores, typing up countless work orders, and resolving issues with Home Builders when our contractors were in error. As well as, mentoring/training one new employee. Eventually leaving to pursue Real Estate.

  • Supervised day-to-day operations to meet performance, quality and service expectations.

I worked this job through my last two years of High School. Eventually coming back shortly after leaving Builders First Source; due to wanting consistent income, and scheduling that worked alongside my Real Estate dreams. I would leave again due to a complacent environment, and high expectations of work with little pay to compensate.

  • Studied crew members during work shift to provide feedback and guidance in improving performance.

I love to help how I can, and make myself readily available to other members in the Church if they need anything.
