* I was a sub contractor for 20 years building pools for Jeff Bonsall of Bonsall pool and spa in Lincoln NE. In 2020 I went to work for him as an employee for 2 years.

• Supervised daily construction activities to ensure safety protocols and quality standards were met.
• Trained and mentored new laborers in proper equipment usage.
