Summary
I like to show my fellow associates that I am willing to work alongside them not just ask them to get things done. I feel as these shows them that I am invested in the process as well as them. When I built tires I would help machines next to mine work on issues when maintenance or setup were busy if I had the time. I to this day help out where I can whether it be moving equipment around or helping move tires to help with the flow. The need for teams to understand that one area doesn't only work or get the job done. As the SOM I believe that I listen to concerns and attempt to aid in the issues, shows that we are working towards the same accomplishment. I continue to relay the message that we all need to go home safe and the goal is to get good product to the customer, internally as well as out the doors.
