I work closely with the customer to make sure they understand how the systems works, how to operate the KLV's, and I make sure that all IB system are fully functional at all time. If there are any issues I make sure to fix them a timely fashion, to allow the unit to complete any kind of mission they might have. I have help the unit prepare for multiple, COMEX, VALEX, CPX, JRTC, and real world missions. I have built a great repour with not only the costumer, but also other FSR's. The customer is always seeking my advice and guidance on other component on the KLV's. My abilities to learn and adapt on the fly has made me a valuable asset to the customer and DCS.
