Accomplishments

With Toppers Pizza I spent several years once entering management, communicating with my GM and Franchise Owner on ways to take a $15K/ week store up to a $50K/ store by encouraging them that the store had the potential and using my experience and knowledge of the company to help achieve that goal. In the process entering the top ten in sales list and quickly becoming the number one store in the company for the first time in over 30 years and keeping the store running at that level with minimal staff available.

At Radio Shack I started as a teenage sales associate, with excellent product knowledge. I was number one in sales in the store and the district. Soon I entered the MIT program. In a short time the store rose to number one in the district and top 10 in the region. I also helped develop a new store model for the company. After a year I helped open a new store in my area that ran number one in the district until I left the company.
