Summary

Being a Superintendent with Momentum for 8+ years and ,A design built company , I was able to build 5 ground up projects and dozens of Tenant improvement project , range from $100,000 to $10 million, all relating to credit unions and banks, from a bare piece of land to furniture to final punch list complete, one in particular was a certified international WELL building, at the time, it was 13th in the world, (Vancouver,WA)

I developed a lot of success and proven record of the projects that i have completed and ensure timely project delivery.




Being in construction since 1990, i have always excelled, at every scope of work preformed from agricultural to residential to commercial having 35 years in construction 26 years in the field as a carpenter, mainly in the union , running equipment, framing, concrete work and finish work, knowing the sequences, and adapting to changes, which i believe made it a easy transition to being a superintendent, and relateable to all subcontractors
