  • Represent the brand of the newly acquired asset internally and externally by ensuring the assets position is in line with best business practice and enterprise standards. Including but not limited to, legal, compliance, governance, and operational excellence is met daily.
  • Direct and assist the leadership team of the asset in determining the strategic growth initiatives and ensure that the direction aligns with the consolidated business strategy.
  • Ensure operational efficiencies are found by using the SWOT method. Evaluate the assets Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and any Threats.
  • Develop and implement a scalable HSE program if one is not currently in place.
  • Enhance team collaboration through regular communication, goal setting, and performance evaluations.
  • Provide and assist the asset with a financial platform for budgeting and re-forecasting throughout the fiscal year.

Spending time with my family and playing golf.

My daughter, Hailey Cole is a junior at TAMU and is majoring in Biomedical Science. She is a decorated vocalist and has been nationally recognized for her beautiful voice. She was also a varsity freshman on her high school soccer team and was also a member of the National Honor Society and was top 6% of her graduating class.


My son, Joseph Cole is a sophomore in high school and enjoys playing football for his high school team, lifting weights and meal prepping. I raised him to always take care of the women in his life, mother, sister, grandmothers, and great grandma and grandpa. He has a very caring heart and carries the Cole name with pride. 


I am very proud of the young lady and young man that both kids are becoming.
