- Successfully migrated 800+ procedures to the enterprise centralized procedure repository.
- Reduced FTE by two over the past two years by strategically implementing more streamlined and automated processes.
- Mentor and develop management and staff.
- Implemented business strategies, decreasing exception volume and aging. Bond Accounting operating DDAs reduced considerably year over year; less than 5 exceptions >30 days typically at end of month.
- Reduced DTCC FAST discrepancies >30 days by 75% since 2022.
- Established clear expectations and measurables to ensure accountability and heightened performance.
- The team consistently meets all monthly KPIs.
