I was hired on as a tie in foreman I go around on the job tie in poly pipe every 500 foot by butt fusion or electrofusion I make sure my guys learn what we have to do and do a great job at it. I often have to weld on transitions to transition from steel to poly pipe.

• Trained and mentored junior crew members on equipment operation and safety standards.
• Implemented process improvements that enhanced productivity and reduced downtime during projects.

I went around to gas leaks on gas mains or gas services and Dug down on the leaks found out what was leaking and affected issues and got the leaks fixed by using weld over sleeves or replacing main/ services.

• Trained and mentored junior crew members on construction techniques and safety practices.

As a foreman here I did hot taps for our crews in Jackson I would have to tap in gas lines using short stops or other type of fittings and it allowed me to be able to stop the flow of gas and re route it using a hard and soft bypass so we could fix leaks or kill out services.

I worked nights 6 nights a week I was operating a boiler being the supplier for steam to 4 dry kills drying and treating power poles I operated a front end loader giving the boiler its energy.
