I was the assistant service manager, I would greet the guests when they would come in to the dealership and then write their vehicles up for repairs that were needed. I would also change oil on vehicles from time to time when we got to busy. I would park all of our service vehicles and pull them back up for the guest. I would also help guests out with their issues or troubles when my service director was not in.

I worked underground and laid pipe for newly developed homes, would have to use a pipe saw and cut ductile iron and PVC pipe. I would mix concrete and tie in existing sewer/water pipes and also would operate an excavator, loader and rock truck. I would raise man holes, inspect our equipment on a daily basis, cut down trees with a chain saw, hand dig deep trenches and I would also flag vehicles for traffic.

I collected parts for the technicians and ran them out to their stalls, I did inventory for all of our parts and also billed parts to the repair orders. Was forklift certified to move engines, transmissions and heavy parts for vehicles.
