I monitor and review EKG and cardiac information for patients at Mission Hospital and other outlying hospitals owned by HCA within western North Carolina; These hospitals include Blueridge Regional Hospital, Mcdowell Hospital, Transylvania Regional Hospital, Mission Hospital St. Joseph campus, Highlands ARH Regional Hospital, and Mission Hospital. have worked as a Monitor Technician here for about 5 months on top of my previous 5 years of experience with telemetry.

I served as a navy hospital corpsman (naval medic) for 5 years. During that time I accumulated experience in both clinical and ward settings of medical facilities. My clinical care experience (2 years) includes immunizations, primary care, procedural care, records, and physical therapy. My hospital experience (2 years) consists of intensive care which was my primary position as a medical assistant and a telemetry technician. Including experience in the emergency room where myself and others would assist doctors and nurses with incoming code blue and trauma cases. And finally med-surg where occasionally I would be the primary caretaker on anywhere from 1 to 3 patients.
