My role as a coordinator at the plant is strictly focused on new hires. It is my job to ensure that they are properly trained and supervised as it's a dangerous job and easy to make mistake. My role is basically to mentor and guide them through the hardest stage of a career at the plant the beginning is the hardest until your body gets used to the conditions

• Viewed and checked job equipment daily to determine maintenance requirements.
• Analyzed job sites daily to mitigate risks for workers and visitors.
• Created team member schedules and delegated individual assignments for work crew.
• Delegated duties to each employee based upon his or her skills set and monitored progress daily.
• Coordinated regular preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maintain optimal equipment functionality. Kept everyone safely working.
