I have twenty-eight years of experience in Construction Management maintaining all administrative requirements for daily operation of construction activities. I also have 5 years of experience participating in the insurance inspection industry performing loss risk and wind mitigation inspections. This coupled with intensive computer experience and daily office and site operations could contribute to the achievement of set goals. I was responsible for directing, supervising, and planning the framing and siding phases on multifamily projects of 100 units or more. This included the supervision of 80-100 men per jobsite. I am also a licensed General Contractor in two states and have a consistent track record of outstanding successes in all jobs I have undertaken, all which have required intense administration/logistics/personnel management.
