competive powerlifter

My name is Michael Eisner. I have been an athlete all my life from martial arts to an all American swimmer. I started my powerlifting journey after high school when I found an old Westside Barbell video on how to squat. With the inexperience I had at the time, I tried to replicate how the Westside crew squatted, not knowing they used specialized equipment that let them squat that way. This resulted with a partially torn adductor.  My knowledge was low and I was young.

After that, I needed to seek out a therapist to help rehabilitate the injury. Going though the rehab process and instilling myself with a new perspective,  I developed a strong desire to work with athletes because of how hard the recovery process can be.  I decided to become a soft tissue therapist with a  specialization in sports rehab and recovery.  Two more injuries followed during my journey in power lifting and after recovering fully from them, it further inspired me to help others of all caliber;  from an elite powerlifter to an average gym goer. My goal is to see others overcome these obstacles that often hinder our process of strength and guide you through injury prevention and/or recovery.
