Development and organized the play book for XHS technical operations for our Freedom Region. This included developing prioritized teams to meet company expectations and goals to provide the best experience for our customers. Recently lead Vineland's first Wifi ready project the was completed with no set backs and a fraction of the time it took other FMA's with comparable numbers. I have been working side by side with management on employee engagement and creating a solid foundation for our FMA.
