Oversee the day-to-day operations of the tube mills and trouble shoot all set-up and operating problems. I manage all tube mill area personnel, production processes, quality control, safety standards, equipment maintenance, ensuring efficient production of goods that meet ASTM-A513 standards while leading and working along side our mill operators to ensure they are constantly learning so we can produce the best possible tube we can.

Refurbishing Caterpillar transmission parts, and making precision parts for black powder rifles and assembling them to be sold.

• Duties are to oversee the daily operation of the company's tube mills and trouble shoot all set-up and operating problems
• Sizes produced range from .500" OD to 3.125" OD in gauges ranging from 18ga to 10ga in rounds, squares and rectangles
• Duties are to make sure that the tube mill tooling is in proper shape, the set-ups are correct, the tube is straight and meets all ASTM-513 standard specifications when produced
• I am also required to coordinate the activities of the mill operating crews during changeovers
• Training and assisting tube mill operators and support personnel is also a major part of the duties performed
• Also adhere to safety and all quality requirements within the guidelines of ISO 9001
• Administratively, am required to fill out all bundle tags with coil accountability, record destructive testing results, and maintain daily production reports
