  • On multiple occasions, I Volunteered to support in McGregor and Boca Chica Tx, supporting critical path items to retain schedule.
  • Was the primary tech for both the Bellows and Sub assy shop resource during the V2.4 production configuration. Staying ahead of rate demands on the build line.

  • Part of multiple ATP campaigns, where we hot fired 20+ Sea Level Engines.
  • Built various site systems like fire suppression, propellant feed lines and multiple test stands with minimal work instructions.
  • Installed, removed, and inspected approximately 50 rocket engines.
  • Fabricated multiple pneumatic and hydraulic tube assemblies in the field, using only hand tools.
  • Performed dozens of TEA-TEB canister fills/drains including removal and installations of TEA-TEB canisters using appropriate PPE.
  • Performed AVI checkouts on multiple rocket engines, contributing to the overall campaign
  • success to successfully qualify all engines for Flight 1 and Flight 2.
  • Performed leak check operations on engines, leading to the identification of multiple leaks,prompt fixes, and root cause analysis. This ultimately lead to a massive improvement resulting in a significant reduction in leaks found.
  • Helped establish and run Hazmat operations on test site, leading to a safer work environment.
  • Assisted Quality Assurance on multiple occasions in performing post-hotfire inspections, using borescopes, flashlights, mirrors, and other inspections tools.
  • Audited calibrated tools monthly to ensure calibrations is kept to date and accurate measurements and torques are performed.
  • Consistently communicated and helped resolve quality related issues by flagging any findings to the Quality Assurance department and documenting nonconformances in the Issue Ticket System.
