- Followed the operations schedule (WebOps) to set up all surgical cases for the week. Assigned office inventory to cases in the system. Made changes to the schedule when needed.
- Worked closely with the sales team in order to provide instrumentation and implants needed for surgical procedures.
- Maintained inventory of the warehouse, checked implant kits and instrumentation when they returned from cases, and added replacement stock using WebOps.
- Delivered items needed for surgery to hospitals and surgery centers. Picked up items once they were done, the following day.
- Ordered materials that weren't on hand in our inventory, either through the national loaners bank, or by contacting sister offices to see if they could provide support.
- Helped the inventory analyst keep track of expired inventory in our office, and consigned inventory in the field.
- I worked rotating on-call shifts and assisted the sales team on late nights and weekends to set up add-on cases in a diligent and timely manner.
