Starting around 2002 I started a small business in the field of carpentry. Was subcontracting to Henry Fisher homes built that business up and became a top choice contractor for that company.About 2008 the home building market crashed and was able to start and run a small bait and tackle shop for a couple yrs which did ok.Around 2012 was able to be hired in production at lafarge and worked my way up the ladder within 5 yrs getting into the maintenance department.Entered in as a Lubrication tech after much study and hard work received my MLT1 and made my way into maintenance technician. Was occasionally asked to fill in as group lead when needed and was a good fit for me . Technicians respected and worked well for me.Also was ask to fill in as a team lead for about 3 months and was able to run the whole department for that time.Ended up with 13 years of manufacturing experience and about 8 yrs of total industrial maintenance experience.
