Michael Fioretti

As an infantry rifleman, my original job was to act as part of a fireteam in a rifleman squad. My responsibilities would be to analyze the environment around me, excel in critical thinking, fire and maneuver, set up defensive positions, and operate in urban terrain in a tactical manner. I eventually took a turn and became a part of an assault section. My responsibilities in the assault section was to learn a new weapon system, the M3E1, otherwise known as the MAAWS (multi-purpose, anti-armor, anti-personnel weapon system). I am actively apart of the same assault section to this day. I have gone from a basic gunner / Assistant gunner to an active squad leader of a four man rocket team. My responsibilities as a squad leader consist of being able to emplace high explosive weapon systems into different environments to best utilize their capabilities as well as, taking responsibility for the members of my squad in terms of their equipment and well being on and off work.

• Followed detailed instructions to operate machines with accuracy and produce quality products.
• Set up and adjusted equipment and properly configured machines for daily operation.
• Complied with company and OSHA safety rules and regulations.
• Trained new employees on proper machine operation, ensuring adherence to company standards and safety guidelines.
• Loaded raw materials into machines and unloaded finished products to keep manufacturing process running smoothly.
