In charge of overall facilities and camp operations providing hospitality services both for junior and senior housing facilities

Responsible for daily operations of a high-volume remote camp, facilities management & overall camp operations for both senior & junior multinational staff as well as administrative functions of running the projects, employee performance, roster and training, compliance to company health and safety, sanitation standards

• Coordinates and oversees activities among various service departments within the camp, such as kitchen, dining room, and special events operation
• Oversee the inventory and ordering of food, equipment, and supplies and arrange for the routine maintenance and upkeep of the food and beverage equipment and camp facilities.

• Responsible for overall store operations as to sales and profitability, quality assurance, delivery of fast, friendly service, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation practices, and establishing a well-defined store organizational structure as to assigning quality functions and clearly defining responsibilities for the staff.

• In charge of maintaining the site facilities, operation and administration providing overall camp services, general administrative duties, supply delivery, ordering and tracking of supplies, managing catering, and housekeeping services
• Follow & update Preventive Maintenance Schedule for all facilities, equipment & assets within the work contract scope by maintaining & performing timely corrective and preventative maintenance to prolong usability on all facility equipment and systems to keep it within required standard as to usage & overall safety
• Experienced in catering operations, food safety and catering audits, catering functions & special events coordination
• Staff scheduling & roster, staff performance evaluation, administrative tasks, sales & budget development, problem solving and cost control
• Dedicated manager with a strong work ethic and ability to build lasting client relationships
• Highly focused and results-oriented and able to identify goals and priorities and resolve issues in initial stages
• Motivated individual and enjoys challenging roles especially where team development and training are required
• Works well in a team environment and continually shows initiative and creativity
