• Define strategy for team to develop new metrics visualization through PowerBI /Teams. Continuing to push for digital technology within team. Streamlined metrics for leadership team.
• Support defect free culture and drive project initiatives across MTP product. Lead the transparency across global teams (Wuxi, Brazil, Grenoble and US Drivetrain) and develop consistency across end of line product testing and assembly.
• Develop, implemented, and coordinated the combining of multiple products to one manufacturing line with similar processes and tooling. 50-Million-dollar investment within Bldg KK Assembly. Enabled the success of 5 new Assembly lines with ICS Assembly Drivetrain.
• Obtained competitive quotes to determine most effective equipment and assure timely delivery and installation of products.
• Designed and installed a new product value streams to include new process layouts, detailed workstation instructions and 3D visuals.

• Combat engineers construct, alter, repair, and maintain buildings and structures; lift and move heavy objects and equipment by setting up, bracing, and utilizing rigging devices and equipment; and perform various duties incidental to the use of demolitions in construction projects and destruction of objects.
•Personnel assigned this job are taught carpentry and other construction skills as well as demolitions, specialized demolitions for urban breaching and land mine warfare.
