• Define and implement strategy enabling facility to improve First Test Pass (FTP) from 90% to 99% - Lead and Support day to day test & repair operations for all safety, quality, velocity, and cost issues

• Support End of Line Test Global transformation initiatives on facility consolidations within ICS. Enabled projects success to deliver results for OPACC and ROI within each projects. >50 Million in project initiatives over the last 3 years.
• Define strategy for team to develop new metrics visualization through PowerBI /Teams. Continuing to push for digital technology within team. Streamlined metrics for leadership team.
• Support defect free culture and drive project initiatives across MTP product. Lead the transparency across global teams (Wuxi, Brazil, Grenoble and US Drivetrain) and develop consistency across end of line product testing and assembly.

• Develop, implemented, and coordinated the combining of multiple products to one manufacturing line with similar processes and tooling. 50-Million-dollar investment within Bldg KK Assembly. Enabled the success of 5 new Assembly lines with ICS Assembly Drivetrain.
• Obtained competitive quotes to determine most effective equipment and assure timely delivery and installation of products.
• Designed and installed a new product value streams to include new process layouts, detailed workstation instructions and 3D visuals.
• Developed more than 100 Standard work documents and led training for Manufacturing Engineering to support current production, NPI and CPI projects within ICS.
• Supported systems to include mainframe, factory accounting, CIS, MAMM, MESA, EDS.
• Supported parts requirements for components for Morton and OEM products.
• Developed automated tools within Mfg. Engineering to support daily work tasks.

• Served as a supply chain planner supporting an annual build of greater than 20,000 components within Integrated Drivetrain.
• Assisted on project to develop new logistics node process within KK supply chain. Transitioning to fully offsite support of inventory.
• Supported various initiatives; receiving process, quality control and interfaced with all functional areas; manufacturing, production control, inventory, MRP, material tracking program and engineering personnel
• Participated in various Kaizen events to lower costs per transmission to continue the drive as a low cost provider.
• Supported Morton Project consultants on logistics planning projects to drive efficiency from systems interactions through part consumptions and ordering processes.
• Coordinated operations product load and material preparation with inventory requirements. Facilitated material movements between warehouse and production areas.

• Combat engineers construct, alter, repair, and maintain buildings and structures; lift and move heavy objects and equipment by setting up, bracing, and utilizing rigging devices and equipment; and perform various duties incidental to the use of demolitions in construction projects and destruction of objects.
•Personnel assigned this job are taught carpentry and other construction skills as well as demolitions, specialized demolitions for urban breaching and land mine warfare.
•Trained new personnel arriving to unit within current regulations and expectations.
•Developed training materials and logistics planning for future missions and overall unit planning. Maintained unit readiness assessments to provide updates to leadership.
