Rock Climbing and Cycling
Started Cycling intensely about 20 years ago. I cycle or mountain bike a number of days a week. I use my love of cycling to raise money for great causes around the US from MS150 rides to a number of other century rides.
I started rock climbing when I was 12 and continued off and on until about 7 years ago where I took it up very consistently. I enjoy the problem solving and preparation that is needed to successfully climb a route. It makes me deal with challenges and my own fears up front and to find solutions in the moment with a calm and level head.
