I am proficient in many computer programs and am very advanced in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. I am also familiar with Call Center Tracking Systems, Microsoft Access and AS400 type systems, Remedy Ticketing Systems, Fulfillment/Inventory Management Systems, etc. I have both MAC and PC abilities and my average typing speed is 75 w.p.m.
In 2012 I finalized the adoption of my sister's 3 children and became a father, I opted to be a homemaker and take care of the children full time, I did this until my employment at Terumo BCT.
