- Sand body areas to be painted and cover bumpers, windows, and trim with masking tape or paper to protect them from the paint.
- Prime and paint repaired surfaces, using paint sprayguns and motorized sanders.
- Apply paint to OEM standards, manage material usage to ensure profitable repair, maintain a fast and efficient booth cycle time, quality control and wet sand and buff imperfections.
- Adapt to a flexible environment, schedule and attitude to ensure a 3 man paint team can maintain a minimum of 300 flag hours per week.
- If need be Remove and Install any remaining and necessary parts to ensure quality repair. As well as fill dents, pinholes, pick marks, cracks, chips, peeling paint and any other necessary body man duties to maintain cycle time and profitable use of the entire shops time.
