Responsible for maintaining company equipment, keeping track of parts inventory and reordering as necessary, since taking over 8 years ago I have reduce costs by approximately 40%. I maintain parts inventory and reorder as necessary. Determine which employees need outside training and find vendors to provide needed training. Handle all customer complaints and decide resolutions. Provide proposals for commercial customers and help other employees with the more complicated ones.

I also continue to run calls and year to date have performed $300k worth of repairs.

Started as a green helper making $9/hr for the first 2 months, after that was switched to piece work.

Started on residential rough ins for the first 2 month then moved to top outs. Would occasionally do finals and run threaded gas pipe until I received my first plumbing license.

It takes 4000 hrs to get your tradesman license, I received mine in 16 months due to the amount of hours we were working.

Once I received license i was put in charge of running a gas truck for approximately 4 years, received journeyman while I was there.
