Currently serving as interim Sponsorships team lead, which includes expanded oversight across hospitality, naming rights venues, and regional partnership verticals.

· Spearheading transformation of T-Mobile’s sports sponsorship strategy, partnering closely with internal technology groups to deeply integrate and showcase product and services within our partner ecosystem. Delivered $30M in revenue for our business group via partnership integrations in 2023.

· Lead cross-functional planning and execution of all integrated sports marketing campaigns. Extensive experience working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver award-winning sponsorship activation across a diverse set national and local sports partners.

· Lead development of annual sponsorship strategies across legacy and emerging lines of business. Responsible for audience and market analysis, portfolio development, partnership negotiation, establishing KPIs, on-going performance evaluation, and executive reporting.

· Leading efforts to centralize T-Mobile’s internal hospitality process with emphasis on maximizing ROI through expanded enterprise engagement and standardized post-event reporting.

· Diligent oversight of partnerships and activation budget, partnering with Finance leadership on strategic planning, annual forecasting, and executive communication.
