Michael Gennett

Michael Gennett is an attorney who has been certified as a Health Law Specialist by the Florida Bar since 2004. He has represented a broad range of clients in almost 25 years in the health care industry. These include physicians, hospitals, hospice, medical equipment and pharmacy suppliers and many others. He has assisted these clients with disputes they have with Medicare, Medicaid, commerical insurance, licensing, credentialing,staffing, and other kinds of disputes with state and federal agencies. He routinely represents providers with Medicare and Medicaid overpayments and other program integrity issues. He also counsels clients on state and federal fraud and abuse laws and ways to structure contracts to avoid violation of criminal and civil statutes.
