I lead recruitment process, develop strategies to aid in attracting new medical professionals and work with hospitals, clinics and facilities to meet staffing needs. I lead a team of recruiters and account managers to ensure efficient sourcing, screening and selection. I monitor our regulatory to ensure we stay up to date with HIPPA guidelines and statte licensure laws.

Leading clinical trials using Agile methodologies whilst working with the stakeholder companies to ensure a promising product. I improved project flexibility, communication and efficiency. I organized sprints whilst working with teams in both medicine as well as software development to keep communication concise. I managed project timelines, budgets and resources to exceed company goals.

I led in the transition to Agile methodologies across teams. This optimized our efficiency and communication. From day to day procedures, to large renovation projects. I also facilitated training programs for new company employees to optimize their onboarding process.

I spearheaded a team whose goal was to increase both notoriety and sales across Lincoln, NE. This was accomplished through creating marketing projects that were seen through billboards, print and radio. I analyzed data collected through our campaigns to create strategies to best utilize resources and team members. We saw yearly highs across the stores in our district.
