- I am currently a Distribution Supervisor fro the Yard, Wash Center, and Alternative Fuels, and help over see the day to day functions and help run daily activities from getting trailers routed, to washing them to loaded on time, and anything that might come up in between.
- Managed labor assignments and equipment allocations and meet transportation, operation and production goals.
- Recommended measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and team operation and productivity.
- Write reviews and coworker conferences.
- Monitored inventory levels and conducted regular audits to maintain stock integrity and minimize discrepancies.
Production Lead, 04/2016-12/2021
Kwik Trip
- Wash bay: oversee and assist with washing all equipment that Kwik Trip has, and meeting the shops needs for getting equipment to them as requested on time.
- Tote wash: help keeping thing running as smooth as possible in washing of totes, filling tote orders for other departments.
- Ice Plant: helping in the production of ice for our customers, getting ice ready to be shipped out, keeping the warehouse supplied.
- LP: assisting with the cleaning, filling, quality control and inventory of LP.
- Shuttle: being sure the shuttle crew has what they need to get their jobs done on time, assisting when I am needed.

- I moved to the shuttle department where i helped other drivers as a team moving trailers to their various locations to get loaded and meet the deadlines, so the delivery drivers can make it to their destination on time.
