ACHIEVEMENTS

Problem solving. Help write the hardware spec for two of the latest athletic structures at the stadium. I developed a door closer system to better close some of our high pressure exterior doors.

DUTIES

Maintain and replace door hardware. Maintain roofs, both EDPM and TPO. Numerous types of concrete repair including brick and mortar. Framing/building things out of lumber. Repair and replace cabinets, countertops, laminate and veneers. All kinds of drywall repair and replacement. Repair and replace all kinds of wall and floor tile. Repair and replace all types of flooring. Replace ceiling tile and grid as needed. Painting of all kinds interior and exterior including concrete coatings. Hang televisions and marker boards. Hang pictures, signage and many other sports related graphics and charts. Fabricate and weld both steel and aluminum materials. Prep and paint objects using automotive finishes. Assemble all kinds of new materials. Help maintain our Gators, golf carts and other equipment. I do some maintenance on plumbing and HVAC.

Repair and maintain interior and exterior seating. Help maintain garage doors and fan access points throughout the facility. Many other tasks that arise.
