• Assist in maintaining the flow of work by making sure the equipment is running mechanically and electrically.
• Working on the conveyor lines whether it be having to do with the motors, gearboxes, shafts, bearings, etc.
• Performing preventative, reactive, and corrective maintenance as needed.
• Working with PLCs, such as Allen Bradley, to correct any issues that occur during production.
• Repair automated machinery and computer-controlled mechanical systems, including robotic equipment.

• Conducted thorough testing and troubleshooting of electronic components for quality assurance.
• Operated precision test equipment to evaluate performance and reliability of products.
• Documented test results and maintained detailed records for compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborated with engineering teams to analyze data and improve product designs.
• Installed, maintained, repaired, and tested equipment for electricity generation and utilization. This could vary from voltages of 120/208/240/480
• Planned layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures based on specifications and applicable code.
• Used testing instruments such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, ammeters, and multimeters.

The course was 8 classes that included Codes A through D, low voltage, solar panels, motor control, and PLC. 5 weeks each class Monday through Thursday.
