Maintain scheduling of Service Tech’s and Detailers to maintain an efficient support staff. Handle customer issues and resolve complaints to satisfy both customer and company interests.
  • Oversee Site Management of multiple shuttle contracts and scheduling of shuttle drivers on contract routes. Coordinate Charter requests and schedule drivers. Route drivers as needed for Charter Bookings.

  • Responsibilities: Managed a fleet of 50 plus vehicle, preventative maintenance, body work, inventory control and parts ordering. Mechanic labor sheet review and approval, budget and expense control, vehicle acquisition and dispersal, chemical supply ordering for detail staff.
  • I managed a staff of 2 full time mechanics and 5 full and part time detailers, prepared and approved payroll using ADP automated web system, maintained attendance records and bi-annual performance reviews.
  • I worked as a liaison between Operations and Sales to confirm trip and vehicle availability. I scheduled the daily reservations of transfers and hourly trip, this averaged to be 75 to 90 runs per day with a staff of 35 full and part time chauffeurs. I quoted all out of town trips and RFP’s.
  • I attended Senior Management planning meeting to help insure the stability and growth of the company and work as a unified team to enhance the company’s overall market position.
  • Other positions held: Operations Supervisor, promoted to Operations Manager, then Director of Operations and finally Director of Fleet Operations.
