• Created shop drawings and manufactured solid wood doors and millwork for custom residential and commercial jobs. Responsible for every aspect from receiving lumber to shipping finished product. Maintained all machines and inventory needed to produce doors in a shop of 6 to 12 people. Manufactured both slab doors and machined pre-hung custom units.

• 2nd Shift factory 2000 panel line supervisor responsible for setting up and parts checking on new cutlist. Responsible for operation of cncrouters, panel saws, edge banders and operation of sequenced bar coded parts produced on automated panel line. Assisted CNC router operators to setup and verify parts. Trained new employees on automated plant operation and ensured part meet specs. For both quality and machining.

• Responsible for creating drawings and parts list used to build cabinets. Created nested programs to produce parts.

• Wrote programs and setup CMS routers used bobcad, digitizer, and Mastercam v8 to produce parts from both shop drawings and blueprints.

• Installed digital cable and internet in residual and business settings. Worked on underground fiber optic cable crews.

• Operated beisse 325 rovers, beisse cutoff saws and IMA edgebanders on barcoded automated panel line.

• Operated various manual machinery to manufacture wood parts for first year, advanced to operating cnc routers.
