My plan was always to become a leader. I went through the interview process with Coldwell Banker and wasn't offered the position of assistant manager. I took that hurdle and created a opportunity with Howard Hanna. I have recruited agents to switch offices by not talking bad about there brokerage but to show what is different where I am at now. I offer my time to agents in the office or anywhere to teach them about cold calling expired listings and for sale by owners. I show them ways to circle prospect sellers when they lose on multiple offers.
I feel the only way to improve is to become accountable,coachable and understanding.
Having a hands on approach with support for agents would help develop growth in the office. We're all capable of doing one or two more deals if we put the effort in.
I also try to give back as much as I can I have been with several groups raising money to help with cystic fibrosis and american cancer society.
