Awards

  • Most Inspirational Award (Swim Team), 05/01/19, The award was chosen by the head coach. There are three different awards for each group (Varsity boys and girls and JV boys and girls). There are 4 groups so 12 awards. I would like to believe that Ihad an impact on every member of my team, inspiring and pushing them to work as hard as I did. I would also like to believe that the coach saw that in me.
  • Rookie Of The Year (Swim), 05/01/18, Coming into my first year of high-school swim, I was automatically put onto the varsity team and practiced with the older members. I had to constantly push myself to compete with them, and I would like to believe that the coach saw my hard work and dedication throughout the whole year. I helped the team with a varsity league championship and almost made it into the state travel squad as a sophomore (one of the biggest high school swim events in the state).
  • Overall High Point, 07/01/19, Out of every swimmer, over the entire season, the person who scored the most points for the team was awarded the high point award. There are two high point awards, one for boys and one for girls.
