At every one of my jobs I started as complete novice and made myself essential to its operation. I'm at a point in my life where I want a career path. I am punctual, reliable, I excel at learning new skills and following directions. I believe in doing things with accuracy, precision, and speed.
With my work ethic and commitment to my employers, I would become a valuable member of your team.
Given the opportunity, along with general knowledge of how things operate, I could be a pillar to be relied on to accomplish short and long term goals.
I want to show my commitment by embracing your core values and taking on any and all challenges. I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty, no matter what role I have. I'll make sure the job is done right on any level I'm employed at.
During my time with Volt I worked at Texas Instruments.
Working in the photo imaging department I operated machinery and trained other team members on the best practices to ensure we met volume and quality standards.
My duties also included conducting product quality tests as well as preforming daily and weekly maintenance on the tools to ensure continued production excellence.
RFKP Logistics is a contractor for FedEx Ground. I started off as a delivery driver and worked my way up to managing our designated service areas. Contracts for certain zip codes were bought and sold often so the need to take over or train drivers for new routes were commonplace.
During my tenure as a driver I serviced zip codes including: Sherman, Denison, Caddo Mills, Lavon, Celina, Prosper, Pottsboro, Southmayd, Greenville, Nevada, and Josephine, Texas.
Just as the routes changed, the technology did as well. Being taught the basics, drivers had to learn the ins and outs of new handheld devices, vehicle cameras, and navigation software in order to be the most efficient as possible.
I was recognized as one of the top drivers within two years. Shortly after I was asked to take over operations at the Sherman location as the company was being split in two due to the growth of online shopping during Covid. As manager I was responsible for all FedEx Ground deliveries in Sherman for 1.5 years and 8 months in Prosper and Celina before leaving the company.
As B.C. my duties included but weren't limited to :
I started at Taco Bell as a regular employee. I quickly moved into the shift lead position. The franchise owner opened a new location in front of the Denison Walmart and asked me to be the GM.
They recognized my work ethic and how I rallied the team to push forward during our busy periods to reach our goals. I didn't have any management experience at the time and I respected that they were giving me the opportunity to challenge myself and grow within the company.
After my first year I was given the title of Manager of the Year out of a total of 17 franchise locations. Through the efforts of myself and the team, we exceeded all goals set for the new location.
