• Extensive use of rotating excel spreadsheets updating on a daily basis
• Communicate / collaborate with Freight Forwarders / agents overseas as well as sales and accounting
• Prepare, process lumber and freight invoices, updating customer and vendor profiles as needed
• Assess and problem solve any rail or ocean documentation issues

• CaSA Logistics- Central South America Territory - Experience navigating and working with SAP including daily problem solving in ASN Error Handler/PO Confirmation IDOC Handler
• Create/Endorse/Correct shipping documents for overseas Customs clearance for smooth on-time delivery product to the marketplace importing to PANAMA, PARAGUAY, PERU
• ($250 million account) Support/Track end-to-end movement of product from origin to destination
• Extensive use of 5 rotating excel spreadsheets updating daily
• Communicate and collaborate with service providers, monitor performance, such as ocean carriers, air freight forwarders, global consolidators
• Acting as an advocate for Nike's Latin partner customers in meetings (onsite/remote) and movement of goods.

• Assess production / inventory review on the P21 software program for product available to ship

• Extensive use of 6 excel spreadsheets rotating weekly
• Request/ negotiate rates for both LTL & FTL for multiple facilities moving on average 1 million lbs. Of product from each location (on the average 20 FTL and 10-15 LTL movements per week for each location)
• Arrange routing for the domestic FTL loads - 2 to 5 stops for final customer destination

• Arrange numerous International/Domestic AIR, OCEAN, FTL, LTL, FCL, LCL shipments both Import/Export
• Negotiate rates with Freight Forwarders/US Customs Brokers both International / Domestic and trucking companies.
• Extensive use of the of the internal AC PAC/RAF/FQ FTL – LCL tracking sites and many Freight Forwarder's/ USC Broker Website System's
• Extensive overseas Vendor / Factory - overseeing product ship ready dates.
• Arrange numerous ocean container movements from depots and US ports to final inland destination.
• Some loading/offloading – warehouse supervision
• Extensive customer service including transit time updates, billing invoice approval and cost-effective freight allowance.

• Extensive use of the EQS system
• Arrange numerous domestic movements of empty ocean containers for both trucking and rail.
• Negotiate rates for logistic freight brokers and trucking companies.
• Negotiate/coordinate scrap recycling yards across the U.S And Canada
• Manage numerous ocean container logistics movements from depots and US ports to final destination.
• Re positioning both cabotage and empties for overseas and domestic containers
• Extensive customer service.

• Extensive use of the Smart Border AMS program
• Handle numerous ocean and air cargo shipments; classify invoices, data entry into National ABI system.
• Clear freight with U.S Customs by arranging trucks for forwarding and maintaining billing records of all charges due and bill to customers.
• Working knowledge of Continuous & Single-Entry Bond, FDA, FCC, Lacey Act and Fish & Wildlife shipments
• Extensive customer service
• Working knowledge of Harmonized Tariff Schedule.

• Oversee numerous accounts for both overseas and domestic shipments.
• Arrange all import ocean documentation for shipments from 3-5 separate countries.
• Collaborate with U.S Customs Broker (TSCA / HTSF) / endorse OBL / duty percentage) Communicate with U.S Ocean terminals/ports, trucking companies, warehouses and customers across the U.S For clearance and transport to final destination as well as take care of all charges due for U.S.C USDA exams.
• Arrange LTL (blind shipments) and FTL/Rail movements as well as Hazardous Material and extreme overweight containers (both flatbeds and vans)
• Negotiate ocean freight rates with major shipping lines/NVO's as well as arrange new accounts.
• Negotiate rates for trucking, warehousing (including inventory) and trans loading for 6 major U.S Cities/ports of entry and obtain new customers-sales
• Extensive customer service, including transit time updates, billing invoice approval, cost effective freight allowance, extensive problem solving.
• Re-certifiable in Coordinated Hazardous Material shipments.

• Handle 35 rotating ocean / air cargo accounts; classify invoices, data entry into National ABI system.
• Clear freight with U.S Customs, set up trucking for forwarding, and maintaining records of all charges due.
• Working knowledge of Harmonized Tariff Schedule

• Marine Department – Board tugs ships and barges for all major Washington ports interacting with U.S Customs, Immigration and ship's captains entering /clearing U.S Customs coming into the U.S.
