  • During which time I worked as a road trooper out of the Troop C barracks in Tolland, CT from 2002-2011. I was a FTO (Field Training Officer), a Troop-C Rifleman and a Taser operator.
  • In 2011, I was selected as a Somers Resident Trooper continued to work patrol, enforce motor vehicle and criminal laws, but with a much greater community community service approach.
  • In 2014 I was selected as the Somers SRO (School Resource Officer), I worked with the school faculty and students to create a safe and welcoming school environment, while continuing to upgrade campus security. I helped the school’s Board of Education secure grants to provide additional campus security measures.
  • In 2017 I was selected as the supervisor for the Somers Resident Trooper’s Office. As the supervisor I was responsible two SRO’s (school resource officer), three ACO’s (animal control officers) and seven patrol officers in daily operations including CT POST-C recertification, scheduling, vehicle acquisitions and the complete setup of the BWC (Body Wore Camera) system for the Somers Resident Trooper’s Office. I continued as the Somers Resident Trooper Office Supervisor until 2021, when I retired from the Connecticut State Police.
