Motivated professional eager to embrace new challenges. I have a strong work ethic, adaptability, and exceptional interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work independently and rapidly acquire new competencies. I enjoy people, interacting with new people, and learning about the experiences of others. I am organized and like to bring structure to my work and life. My experience in refereeing has helped me develop good conflict management skills and taught me to communicate in a firm, but polite, and respectful way. I am an experienced team player, having captained all the teams for which I have played in the last five years. I show initiative and leadership while working well in team environments. I have carried that over to my coaching of youth soccer and development of young players in one on one and team environments, leading by example while always learning new skills from other coaches and mentors.
