  • Worked in the Command Group with the two-star Commanding General, Chief-of-Staff, and the Command Sergeant Major as the Senior Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge (SNCOIC) in charge of all human resources responsibilities for the Command

  • Anticipated any changes due to weather, change of mission, or any other unforeseen circumstance
