I have vast experience in case management, field supervision and weapons training. I have performed many Senior Officer duties over the years and would love to have the position in an official capacity.   • Schedule and conduct Violation Hearings including writing the violation report, securing subpoenas for all witnesses, uploading all pertinent evidence, interviewing witnesses and victims, and submitting recommendations to the Parole Board.
  • Conduct drug testing and collection of DNA when needed.
  • Submit and maintain detailed notes and updates on a daily basis to ensure effective supervision of clients.
  • Train and mentor new officers on the most effective(and safe) way to do the job and conduct themselves in a professional and positive way.
  • Monitor Arson offenders and insure their compliance with Arson registration requirements.
  • Conduct Record Checks for Violators at Large to assist with their apprehension and to increase public safety.
  • Exhibit patience, empathy, and consideration towards victims as well as the family of clients and the clients themselves.
  • Utilize computers(and their programs), cell phones(and their apps), and other electronic devices on a daily basis to effectively and successfully complete all assigned tasks.
