Summary

For the last 19 years I have worked in a laundry soap manufacturing plant. I have been a lead for a team of 10 people. My lead duties included planning jobs, assigning work to my peers, imputing data into our maintenance management system, working with venders and maintaining everyday repairs on the equipment. I have wrote countless one point lessons to help bring my team to a higher standard. I have also led several cost saving projects that saved the company more than 1 million dollars. I also work part-time at an automotive repair shop on my days off from the factory. At the automotive shop my duties mainly focus around the performance side such as cam swaps, supercharger installs as well as lift kits and general repairs. I was also a helping hand with 2-post and 4-post lift installs when we moved to a new shop.
