Bridge the gap between the sale and installation of a number of different products, including but not limited to roofing, siding, windows, and solar

• Create and implement processes to manage the Solar Roofing Installation department in the New Jersey territory.
• Team Leader of in office Command Center. Duties include managing a group of 4-6 project managers through day to day tasks, lead daily and weekly performance team meetings, provide coaching and development advice, handle the most escalated project issues, and report directly to the Regional Vice President of Installations
• Perform a wide range of Project Management duties on a daily basis as needed, such as inspecting and training install crews, providing exceptional customer satisfaction, working with local building departments, and ensuring the installation process is carried out in a timely and orderly fashion
• Inspect and accurately measure jobs sold by remodeling consultants, along with ordering all materials needed for completion

• Provide complete system installations of satellite television to customers of DirectTV
• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and general service on DirectTV systems for customers as needed
